Is this humanizing permanent? If not, how do I make the humanize permanent in the region? Those of us who are, um, a bit lacking on the performance side of things aren't able to get away with that. Thus it does not sound human I've tried all kinds of humanizing tools and systems and they always lack something, hmm, human about 'em.
I'm into DE humanizing things. You may say that, but really, it's not you. It was the inventor of the accordion, Czjerny Czjernyslov, that sought to dehumanize the masses with an instrument whose sound was so pungent, so powerful, so inescapable, that it would cause the whole of humanity to submit to it and eventually do his bidding.
Clearly you are trying to assume the mantle by claiming as your own the sins of the father. And that's just so 's. So try to remember: it's not you. You're just a survivor. It is just the way I reed your post above - it just squeezes my heart. You don't wanta tango with me, brudder!

Fagabeefy Posted February 19, Posted February 19, Well, He took a regular midi beat and quantized it to 16th notes, Then he went to 'show extended region perimeters' , afterwards he changed the percentage value of the 'strength' to vary it's placement on the grid.
He didn't mess with the velocities of the notes at all. I was just wondering because he didn't mention the 'Humanize' feature, which looks sort of complicated to me. I haven't really fiddled with humanize yet, just took a glance at it. This way looks pretty easy though, and I was wondering if this does basically the same thing as the Humanize function? The humanize features allows you to alter a few different parameters including velocity and position.
You can choose the amount of variation of each parameter. JavaScript is disabled. For a better experience, please enable JavaScript in your browser before proceeding. PositivePressure New Member Thread starter. Thanks el-bo! Ashermusic Senior Member. I think it would take me longer to set it up then to play a second pass. Ashermusic said:. Or, for really fast string sixteenths, even if you're a really good pianist, it's hard to get piano playing to sound like fast up and down bows.
It's just another tool to use in specific situations, not in all, and everyone has the way they work - play-in, write in the piano rol, etc. I just made it for the situations I wanted more control, especially of things like leaving the downbeat free from humanization.
After I made it for that use, I did find a ton of other cool ways to use it to squeeze out a tiny bit more human feel from my computer. I know, just being a wise guy.
I will buy it later today. Thanks for the reply.
